Do You Ship Internationally?
Sorry currently we don’t ship our products outside India but very soon we will start our international service. Accept orders although in case of Antivirus & Software License Key purchase International. Our Email send the License Keys.
Do You Ship Antivirus or Software CD/DVD with Manual/Box?
Email deliver Antivirus or other Software’s Serial key. We do not Provide Installer CD/DVD with Manual/Box. Download Antivirus or other Software from respective Antivirus or Software official website. Also we have given official software download link in product description and also provide Serial key. So that you can follow to download the purchased software and activate it.
What if Courier Company Mishandles My Shipment & Products Get Damaged In Transit?
Although we have given strict instructions to our shipping partners to handle fragile products like LED/LCD Screens with care but if such scenario occurs & you receive faulty or damaged product, you will be eligible for refund or replacement. Just make sure to send us parcel unpacking video evidence so that we can process your request quickly.

How Can I Track My Order and Payment?
After logging into your account, find out the status of your checkout history under Order History. For Registered postage orders, you will get a tracking number (article tracking number) after the receipt given from our Courier Partner.
How Can I Cancel My Orders Before I Make a Payment?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: Verify payment in case of Antivirus or Software License key purchase we cannot give refunds & Email sent a License Key. In all other cases proceed refunds as per companies Terms & Conditions.
